Optional coaching is available to help fine-tune your technique, and your progress is saved each session — so you’re always moving forward, one lap at a time.

Yes, our monthly racing memberships are designed to be flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or modify your membership as your needs change—just let us know before your next billing cycle.

There is no limit on how the amount of credits you can roll over. You can use as many credits as you like at time, though keep in mind credits are non-transferable. Credits will not expire as long as you have an active membership. Once you cancel your memberships, your rollover credits will expire.

You can use the drive time during our regular opening hours. You must book your drive time through the online booking system, which will show the availability for that hour. Naturally the included drive time is limited to you as the actual member, but you do get discounts for your friends!

With our Training and Racer Memberships if there’s no one waiting, you’re welcome to keep driving longer for an extra hour. With WOR VIP, you stay up to two extras hours a day if there is availability.

As you know, the number of seats are limited so no-shows hurt our business a lot. The same cancellation policy applies to members as it does regular drivers. You can cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. After which it will be deducted from your hours.

Of course! The membership will remain valid until your next billing date.

Please note that all memberships have an 8-week minimum (2 billing cycles). If you cancel before completing 8 weeks, we will review your actual usage and charge the greater of:

- Your membership cost for the period, or
- The regular pay-per-session rate for any sessions used ($69 for Pro Sims, $59 for Esport Sims).

For example, if you are on a Training Membership ($39/week) and used 10 sessions within the first 8 weeks, your total at regular pricing would have been $690. If you have only paid $312 in membership fees, you will be charged the $378 difference. There are no pro-rated refunds for unused time, and this ensures that membership pricing remains fair to all members.
